Equipment Introduction: The self-cleaning rotary magnetic separator is centered on a rotating permanent magnet/electromagnetic roller set, paired with a synchronously operating flexible scraper or high-pressure purging device. When impurity-containing powder, granules, or slurry flows across the surface of the magnetic roller, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed by the strong magnetic field. As the magnetic roller rotates to the discharge zone, the cleaning device actively strips off the impurities, which then fall into the slag collection bin, while the purified material is discharged through the outlet. The entire adsorption-cleaning process cycles automatically without the need for shutdown or manual intervention.
