Product Description
Electro Magnetic Separator with Rotating Magnetic Component and Scraper for Forced Removal of Ferromagnetic Contaminants
The core of the rotary magnetic separator features a rotating magnetic roller/magnetic rod group combined with a scraper structure. Magnets (permanent magnets or electromagnets) generate strong magnetic fields that adsorb ferromagnetic impurities as material flows over the surface. When the magnetic component rotates to the unloading area, impurities are forcibly scraped away by the scraper or fall off by gravity in the weakened magnetic field area. Processed materials discharge through the outlet, enabling continuous cycling operation.
Application Scenarios
Powder and particle processing: Continuous iron removal for materials such as flour, feed, plastic particles, and mineral powder, suitable for automated production lines
Food and pharmaceutical industry: Iron removal for milk powder, pharmaceutical powder, candy raw materials, etc., meeting continuous production hygiene requirements
Building materials and non-metallic minerals: Purification of slurry or dry powder such as quartz sand, kaolin and ceramic raw materials to enhance product whiteness and purity
Recycled resources sorting: Separation of iron impurities in crushed materials of waste plastics and rubber to achieve material recycling and utilization
Chemical pigments field: Iron removal from coating powders and dye particles to prevent metal impurities from affecting product color and stability
Advantages and Characteristics
Continuous and Efficient
Magnetic components continuously rotate with simultaneous adsorption and discharging processes. No machine stoppage required for cleaning, making it ideal for high-capacity production lines.
Complete Discharge
Scraper forcibly peels off impurities, effectively removing stubbornly adhered fine particle impurities compared to simple gravity unloading.
Wide Adaptability
Handles dry powder, granular materials and low-viscosity slurry. Magnetic field intensity can be adjusted to meet various iron removal requirements.
Easy Maintenance
Compact structure, easy to disassemble and clean. No complex electrical control system, resulting in low operating failure rate and maintenance cost.
Minimal Material Damage
Adjustable rotational speed and smooth magnetic component surfaces cause minimal wear to fragile and easily agglomerated materials.
