The core of our self-cleaning liquid pipeline iron remover features a magnetic rod/magnetic core assembly (permanent magnet or electromagnetic) embedded directly within the pipeline, combined with an automatic backwashing or scraper cleaning mechanism. When liquid or slurry flows through the magnetic area, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed onto the magnet surface by the strong magnetic field. Once preset time or pressure difference thresholds are reached, the cleaning system automatically activates—electromagnetic types can be de-magnetized by cutting power first—then uses backwashing water flow or scrapers to remove and separate impurities, which are discharged through the sewage outlet. The entire cleaning process operates without shutdown, enabling continuous online iron removal.
