Product Description

The core of the rotary magnetic separator is the rotating magnetic roller/magnetic rod group combined with the scraper structure; Magnets (permanent magnets or electromagnets) generate strong magnetic fields. When the material flows over the surface of the rotating magnetic component, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed, After the magnetic component rotates to the unloading area, impurities are forcibly scraped away by the scraper, Or it may fall off by gravity in the weakened magnetic field area, The melted materials are discharged along the discharge port, and the entire process can be continuously cycled.
