Self Cleaning Drawer Type Electro Magnetic Separator
Designed to enhance magnetic separation efficiency in material processing plants, this self-cleaning drawer-type magnetic separator builds upon traditional drawer-type magnetic rod assemblies with an integrated automatic cleaning mechanism. The system utilizes scrapers, brushes, or high-pressure flushing components to maintain optimal performance.
When powder, particles, or low-viscosity fluid materials flow through the drawer chamber, ferromagnetic impurities are effectively adsorbed by the magnetic rods. Once predetermined time intervals or impurity adsorption thresholds are reached, the cleaning mechanism automatically activates. Impurities are systematically removed from the magnetic rod surfaces and directed into collection tanks or discharged directly. The entire cleaning process operates without manual drawer intervention, supporting continuous or semi-continuous operation.
