Product Description

The automatic drawer-type magnetic separator is a fully automatic magnetic removal equipment specifically designed for powder and granular materials. Its core value lies in the fact that it does not require manual pulling. Through pneumatic devices, it automatically removes the ferromagnetic impurities adsorbed by the magnetic rods. It is particularly suitable for situations with high iron impurity content, frequent cleaning requirements, or 24-hour continuous production.

The working principle and key features:

The material is fed from the top, and as it flows through the multi-layer permanent magnetic rod grating inside, the ferromagnetic substances are magnetically adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rods. Non-magnetic materials pass through normally and are discharged from the discharge port. During cleaning, the pneumatic (cylinder) device follows a program to sequentially withdraw the magnetic rods from the cavity, and the adsorbed impurities are automatically separated and discharged through the iron removal port. This process enables continuous operation without stopping, and the raw materials can continue to pass through. The equipment supports manual/automatic operation mode switching.

Key features:

The main body of the equipment is usually made of stainless steel and sealed welded to prevent leakage and ensure durability. The standard magnetic field strength can reach 12000-14000 Gauss, with strong ability to adsorb ferromagnetic impurities. At the same time, the equipment supports personalized customization, allowing for adjustment of the number of layers, magnetic force, and size according to processing capacity, material characteristics, and temperature resistance requirements.
