The high-gradient slurry electromagnetic filter, specially designed for new energy slurries such as lithium battery cathode/anode materials, lithium iron phosphate, and ternary materials, adopts a three-in-one wet iron removal solution of "electromagnetic excitation + high-gradient adsorption + automatic cleaning". It accurately meets the stringent requirements of the new energy industry for high-purity and continuous production of slurries. When powered on, the equipment generates a strong background magnetic field of 3500-10000 Gauss through electromagnetic coils, and forms a high-intensity magnetic field gradient with 430 stainless steel mesh/matrix magnetic permeable medium, strongly adsorbing ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities. After adsorption saturation, it automatically cuts off power for demagnetization, rinses and discharges impurities. It can realize 24-hour uninterrupted production through dual-machine parallel connection, with no manual intervention throughout the process, building a solid barrier for the purity of battery materials.
