Working Principle

 
The core of the roller magnetic separator is a roller structure with a built-in permanent magnet core or electromagnetic coil. The magnetic core/coil generates a strong magnetic field and magnetizes the roller surface. When materials pass through the roller with the conveyor belt, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed on the roller surface. As the roller rotates to the weak magnetic field zone / non-magnetic zone, the impurities are separated from the roller by gravity or a scraper. The purified materials are then conveyed normally with the conveyor belt, completing the iron removal and separation process.
