The performance of magnetic application equipment is highly dependent on core magnetic materials. In the field of soft magnetic materials, domestic products such as nanocrystalline, amorphous alloys, and iron-silicon-aluminum powder cores have achieved key breakthroughs in high-frequency scenarios. Among them, high-frequency iron-silicon-aluminum powder cores have a loss as low as 150kW/m³ at 1MHz, which can reduce the volume of on-board DC-DC converters by 40%, meeting the needs of high-end scenarios such as AI server power supplies, 800V electric vehicle platforms, and photovoltaic inverters, and directly driving significant improvements in the performance of magnetic stirring, high-frequency induction heating, precision magnetic control, and other equipment. In the field of permanent magnets, the mass production of ultra-high energy product neodymium-iron-boron magnets has been realized, supporting the upgrading and iteration of high-efficiency magnetic separators, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and magnetic levitation conveying equipment. At the same time, the research and development of rare earth-free magnets and low-rare-earth solutions are accelerating, effectively reducing supply chain risks and production costs. The intelligence of equipment is also upgrading simultaneously; sensors, edge computing, and AI algorithms are gradually integrated into magnetic circuit control and condition monitoring, realizing adaptive magnetic force adjustment, fault early warning, and remote operation and maintenance, promoting the evolution of products from single machines to intelligent systems, and further improving the overall technical level of the industry.
