Product Description

The self-cleaning rotating magnetic separator is centered around a rotating permanent magnet/ electromagnetic roller assembly, combined with a synchronous rotating flexible scraper or a high-pressure blowing device. When impure powders, particles or slurry flows past the surface of the magnetic roller, the ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed by the strong magnetic field. After the magnetic roller rotates to the discharge area, the cleaning device will actively remove the impurities. Impurities fall into the slag collection bin, and the purified materials are discharged through the outlet. The entire adsorption-cleaning process operates automatically in a continuous cycle, without the need for any machine shutdown intervention.
