Product Description

Product Overview

The Magnetic Rod Grid-Type Iron Remover is an iron removal device featuring a multi-stage magnetic rod array design. It utilizes high-strength permanent magnetic rods arranged in a grid pattern to create multiple magnetic field zones for the progressive adsorption and filtration of ferromagnetic impurities from materials. With a modular design, the number and arrangement of magnetic rods can be flexibly configured based on processing capacity requirements, forming high-gradient magnetic field regions. As materials flow through the magnetic rod grid, ferromagnetic impurities are powerfully adsorbed onto the rod surfaces, while purified materials exit through the discharge port. The device boasts a compact structure and easy installation, making it suitable for iron removal and purification of various material forms, including powders, granules, and slurries. It is widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and ceramics.

Product Advantages

Multi-Stage Filtration: The grid-type magnetic rod array design creates multiple magnetic field zones that progressively adsorb ferromagnetic impurities, achieving high iron removal efficiency of over 99%.

Strong Adaptability: Capable of handling both dry powders, granules, and wet slurries. The spacing and arrangement of magnetic rods can be flexibly adjusted according to material characteristics to meet diverse process requirements.

Compact Structure: Modular design with a small footprint and easy installation. It can be flexibly installed in pipelines, silos, chutes, and other locations without requiring additional power.

Zero-Energy Operation: Utilizes high-performance permanent magnetic materials, requiring no power supply and incurring no operating costs, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Easy Maintenance: Magnetic rods feature a quick-release design for easy cleaning, allowing for rapid removal, washing, or replacement with low maintenance costs.

Application Scenarios

Food Industry: Iron removal from food raw materials such as flour, starch, powdered sugar, milk powder, and seasonings to ensure food safety.

Pharmaceutical Industry: Iron removal from pharmaceutical materials such as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and traditional Chinese medicine powders, complying with GMP cleanliness requirements.

Chemical Industry: Iron removal from chemical materials such as plastic pellets, pigments, paints, resins, and additives to prevent metal impurities from affecting product performance.

Ceramic Industry: Iron removal from ceramic raw materials such as glaze, body powders, kaolin, and quartz sand to reduce product defects.

New Energy Industry: Iron removal from new energy materials such as lithium battery cathode and anode materials, ternary materials, and lithium iron phosphate to ensure product performance.

Selection Guide

Standard Model: Suitable for iron removal and purification of general materials, with a magnetic rod spacing of 100 mm, a processing capacity of 5–30 m³/h, and ideal for small to medium-scale production lines.

High-Efficiency Model: Suitable for applications requiring higher iron removal efficiency, with a magnetic rod spacing of 50 mm, a processing capacity of 10–100 m³/h, offering higher iron removal efficiency and ideal for large-scale production lines.

Customized Model: Customized based on special material characteristics or specific process requirements, with adjustable parameters such as magnetic rod diameter, length, spacing, and arrangement.

Selection Considerations: Comprehensive selection based on material characteristics (form, particle size, ferromagnetic impurity content, processing capacity), process requirements (iron removal efficiency, installation location), space constraints, and other factors.

Installation and Maintenance

Installation Requirements: The device can be installed in pipelines, silos, chutes, or other locations to ensure uniform material flow through the magnetic rod grid. Check installation dimensions before setup to ensure secure fixing. Keep magnetic rod surfaces clean and avoid scratches.

Routine Maintenance: Regularly clean adsorbed impurities from magnetic rod surfaces. It is recommended to clean after each shift or based on the iron content of the materials. During cleaning, remove the magnetic rods, wash them with water or compressed air, and reinstall them.

Important Notes: Magnetic rods are highly magnetic. Avoid contact with ferromagnetic objects during operation to prevent pinching injuries. During cleaning, protect the cladding layer on the rod surfaces to avoid damage that could affect service life.
