The drawer type iron remover uses a drawer-mounted magnetic rod assembly design. Magnetic rods are mostly made of permanent magnet material (some are electromagnetic), arranged in a grid pattern within the drawer shell. When powder, granules, or fluid materials flow through the shell chamber, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic rods. Purified material is discharged. The drawer is periodically pulled out, and impurities on the magnetic rod surfaces are cleaned manually or with auxiliary tools. After regeneration, the drawer is pushed back for continued use.
