A well-known dairy product enterprise focuses on the production of milk, yogurt, milk beverages and other products.

In the raw milk processing link, raw milk is prone to bring in ferromagnetic impurities (such as iron filings from equipment wear, iron powder particles in the ranch environment, etc.) from ranch milking equipment, transportation pipelines and storage tanks. The part of the equipment in contact with materials is made of 316L stainless steel, and the surface of the magnetic bar is polished, which meets food hygiene standards (complying with GB 19883-2005 standard). According to the viscosity of raw milk and the processing capacity (50 m³ per hour), the magnetic bar arrangement spacing is set to 3 mm, and the magnetic field strength is 8,000 Gs, ensuring that tiny ferromagnetic particles can be adsorbed. The equipment is equipped with an automatic cleaning device, which automatically flushes the magnetic bars and peels off impurities every 4 hours without manual intervention, and the cleaning process only requires a short shutdown (within 5 minutes), which does not affect the production line efficiency.

After use, the iron impurity content in raw milk has decreased from 15 ppm to below 2 ppm, the product taste is purer, and the wear of filling equipment by impurities is avoided. The equipment maintenance cycle is extended by 60%, and the annual equipment maintenance cost is reduced by about 200,000 yuan.
