Global research institute GEP issued a special report on Southeast Asian magnetic separators. The regional market scale hits USD 1.28 billion in 2026 with a 9.7% annual growth rate.

Nickel smelting in Indonesia and e-waste dismantling in Vietnam are two core demand tracks. Nickel hydrometallurgy plants massively purchase slurry electromagnetic separators; plastic recycling factories in Malaysia and Thailand deploy rotary grate magnets and eddy current separators in batches. 75% of mid-to-high-end magnetic separation equipment in the region relies on imports.
